Munny is operated by 2MOON TECH, the owner of the Platform. Brokerage tenants (including the first tenant, Ivy Realty) are independent entities that use Munny as a service. This policy describes how 2MOON TECH collects, uses, and safeguards your data on the Platform.
We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, phone number, payment details, and Solana wallet addresses. We also collect usage data including transaction history, login times, device metadata, and Platform interactions.
We use your information to: process commission payments and payouts, manage your membership, provide customer support, share relevant data with your brokerage (your Tenant), comply with legal and regulatory requirements, and improve the Platform.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, secure authentication (with 2FA for admin accounts), session management with automatic timeout, role-based access control, and comprehensive audit logging for all financial actions.
Your brokerage (Tenant) has access to your account data relevant to their commission and payout operations (e.g., deals you are on, payout requests, membership status). 2MOON TECH does not share your data across Tenants or with unrelated third parties, except as needed by licensed payment processors.
All financial transactions are logged and auditable. Commission splits, payout requests, and deposit records are maintained with full transparency. We do not share your financial data with third parties except as required for payment processing with our licensed processors (Stripe, Circle, Plaid, QuickBooks).
If you use USDC or MUNNY token features, your Solana wallet address and on-chain transaction history may be publicly viewable on the Solana blockchain. We do not control, and cannot modify, data stored on public blockchains.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active and as required by applicable financial regulations. You may request deletion of your account by contacting the Platform operator, subject to tax and regulatory retention requirements.
