By accessing and using Munny (“the Platform”), a financial technology platform owned and operated by 2MOON TECH, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Platform is offered as a software-as-a-service solution to real estate brokerages and their agents for commission tracking, payment management, and financial reporting.
Munny is a product of 2MOON TECH. Brokerages who sign up to use Munny (each a “Tenant”) are independent clients of 2MOON TECH. The first Tenant on the Platform is Ivy Realty (IvyRealty.Ai). Each Tenant is solely responsible for its own relationship with its agents, its compliance with real estate regulations, and its internal commission agreements. 2MOON TECH provides the software infrastructure only.
Munny provides commission tracking, payment processing coordination, internal ledger accounting, blockchain wallet integration, and financial management tools. During Phase 1, certain payment flows are simulated and do not involve real monetary transactions. Real payment rails (Stripe, Plaid, Circle USDC) will be introduced in later phases.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
The 100% Club is a membership plan offered by each Tenant brokerage at $25/month (at Ivy Realty), which allows members to receive their full commission amount minus a flat per-deal transaction fee. Billing follows the smart payment priority system defined within the Platform. Pricing may vary by Tenant.
The Platform offers multiple payout methods including ACH transfers, instant transfers, and USDC (blockchain) payments. Each method has different fee structures and processing times as disclosed within the Platform. All regulated money movement is handled by licensed third-party processors (Stripe, Circle, etc.). 2MOON TECH does not itself hold, transmit, or custody customer funds.
The MUNNY token is an SPL token deployed on the Solana blockchain as a utility/loyalty asset within the Platform. It is minted in correlation with commission activity. Blockchain-based transactions involve additional risks including price volatility, network congestion, and the irreversible nature of on-chain transfers. You are solely responsible for the security of your private keys and wallet software. 2MOON TECH makes no guarantee that MUNNY will have any particular market value, utility outside the Platform, or availability on any exchange.
2MOON TECH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to damages related to third-party payment processors, blockchain transactions, or data provided by Tenants.
